Easily the single most frustrating telephone experience I have had in as long as I can recall.

Their phone tree will not allow any deviation from the options - so then when I choose one that I know is wrong I was told I chose wrong and that the speaker (trust me they were NOT talking but rather 'speaking') was unable to assist me

They (the three different reps I spoke with - over three different phone calls) Began nearly every sentence with either the words "I am sorry" or I apologize" or "I do apologize" (you get the idea (so many times in fact that you simply knew it was required of them))

I had to actually tell one of the reps (Leslie - in Disputes (1MOCBX)) to lower her voice while talking to me.

If their customer support is ANY indication of their banking practices - I would most assuredly NOT recommend this institution.
