I have been a Cricket customer for 9 years now. I started going to the Antioch location when the store near me closed. The lady Mariana (? spelling) is extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. She was also very patient and helpful to my senior Dad, who is very very technically challenged. I purchased an unlocked phone on eBay for him and Mariana set it up quickly with all of his contacts from his flip phone. Great service!
