I had a service call today with Jeff and had an incredible experience. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service. From the person who answered the phone to the service call itself, everyone was friendly, courteous, and Jeff even took the time to tell me what he was doing and showed me why I was hearing certain things, etc. It was a minor issue yet my husband said he never would have found that or even thought about it. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. It is freezing here and the woman on the phone said their phone was ringing off the hook. They still came the same day and they called about 45 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. Such professionalism is rare these days and I really appreciate it.
